Located at the corner of Park Boulevard and Railroad Street, this concrete slab span crosses Park Boulevard.
Built in 1918, the bridge consists of a quartet of standard concrete slabs set onto concrete substructures.
The bridge is almost strictly functional, consisting of no decorative features.
Overall, the bridge remains in good condition. However, some aesthetic damage has occurred to the fascia of the bridge.
